If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Right of Return

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To request a return or cancel your order, please log in to your customer account and submit your return request. Alternatively, you may contact us by email at ulappala.art@gmail.com.

Please wait for return instructions before sending your item back.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in its original condition
Be in fully resalable condition
Include any original packaging where applicable

Items that show signs of use, damage, or are not in resalable condition may not be accepted for a refund.

Custom Products

Customised or personalised products cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item is defective or has been delivered incorrectly.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty or we have made an error with your order.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method as soon as possible.

Please note that it may take several business days for your payment provider to complete the refund.

Uncollected Shipments

Failure to collect a shipment is not considered a return.

If an order is returned to us because it was not collected, we reserve the right to deduct:

A handling fee of 2% of the order value, and
Any additional shipping costs incurred if the order is re-shipped at the customer's request.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible by email and include photos of the product and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
